Workshop di mano a mano con Chris and Iris 17/18 marzo

ITALIANO – Lavoreremo su elementi acrobatici statici e dinamici con la base/porteur principalmente in piedi.

Proveremo diversi modi di montare e smontare i passaggi del “mano a mano” e del “piede- mano”; soprattutto ci focalizzaremo su una maniera di lavorare precisa, sui dettagli tecnici e su esercizi utili per tutti i livelli.

Ci raccomandiamo di portare il partner col quale lavorate di solito!

Orari: Sabato e domenica – 10-13.00 e 14.30-16.30 (Ore totali 10)

Costo: 130 euro singolo – prezzo coppia 200 euro.

Christopher and Iris si incontrano e si formano assieme presso A.C.a.P.A (Academy for Circus and Performance Art) nei paesi bassi dove nel 2011 si laureano.

Grazie al loro numero di mano a mano, vengono premiati con la medaglia d’argento al 33rd Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Parigi e ricevono numerosi altri premi.

Hanno partecipato come acrobati in spettacoli delle compagnie “Cirque Eloize”, “ Circus Monti “ e “ Cirkus Cirkor” e in altri numerosi e prestigiosi festivals e compagnie.

Principalmente lavorano come duo specializzato in mano a mano, ma anche in trio di banchina e collettivi.

Tengono workshop di mano a mano, banchina e basi di verticali.

Hand to hand workshop

We will work on static and dynamic duo elements with mainly a standing base. We will do mounts and dismounts to and from hand to hand and foot to hand.

All over we will focus on details and a precise way of working and do exercises that are useful for all levels.

We recommend to bring a partner you are used to work with.

Teacher

Chris and Iris (DE) met and studied at ACaPA, Netherlands where they graduated in 2011.  
For their hand-to-hand act they were awarded with a silver medal at the „33rd Festival Mondial du Cirque de demain“ in Paris and different awards on other festivals.
They performed in shows of “Cique Éloize”, “Circus Monti”, “Cirkus Cirkör” and many others and teach workshops in hand-to-hand, banquine and basic handstands. 
They mainly work as a duo specialised in hand-to-hand but also in trios and groups.
